परिचय: मां काली और भगवती जनकल्याण सहयोग समिति, दक्षिण बिहार द्वारा विद्यार्थियों के व्यक्तित्व विकास के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण अभियान की शुरुआत की जा रही है। हमारे समाज में कई प्रतिभाशाली छात्र हैं जो अपने आत्मविश्वास और संचार कौशल की कमी के कारण अपने पूर्ण क्षमता तक नहीं पहुंच पाते हैं। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य है कि इन छात्रों को आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन और प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर उनके व्यक्तित्व का संपूर्ण विकास किया जाए।
अभियान का उद्देश्य: हमारा लक्ष्य है कि दक्षिण बिहार के विद्यार्थियों को व्यक्तित्व विकास, संचार कौशल और आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न संसाधन और प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाए। इस अभियान के माध्यम से हम निम्नलिखित कार्य करना चाहते हैं:

1. संचार कौशल प्रशिक्षण: छात्रों को प्रभावी संचार कौशल सिखाना।
2. आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाना: छात्रों को आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियों और कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन।
3. नेतृत्व विकास: छात्रों में नेतृत्व कौशल का विकास करना।
4. साक्षात्कार और प्रस्तुति: छात्रों को साक्षात्कार और प्रस्तुति कौशल में पारंगत बनाना।
